2 boxes Rice a Roni long grain & wild rice
1 cup instant brown rice
1 cup instant white rice
1 can black beans
1 can water chestnuts
1 large onion
5 cups celery
3 cups grapes
1 cup green, red, and yellow peppers
2 cans 8oz.crushed pineapple
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp polish mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinager
1/4 cup brown sugar
Steps:
Make the rice a roni and the instant rice in different pans.
Dice up the celery, onions, peppers, and waterchestnuts.
Mix the beans and grapes all together with the rice when it is done.
Mix in a seperate bowl pineapple, lemon juice, mustard, vinager, and brown sugar.
Add to the rice mixture.
