1 16 oz. can tomatoes with chili peppers (Rotel)
1 can pinto beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can white hominy
1 can corn
2 cans water
1 pound ground beef
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 package taco seasoning
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning (powder)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 clove of fresh garlic
1. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and garlic. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing.
2. In a separate pot, combine tomatoes, beans, hominy, corn and water. (Don't drain any of the cans, just pour them in!) Add beef. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Bring soup to a boil. Simmer for one hour.
