As you have all noticed Rangenet sends you two invoices. One comes right away in your email the other arrives a few days later wrapped in an envelope, with a 37 cent stamp on it. Stamps are going up the second week of January!!!
If you are a customer who reads their "RANGENET EMAIL" on a regular basis and would like to get rid of the "POSTAL" invoice we would be glad not to send you a postal invoice. Simply do this:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. In the Subject put: your user/email name and the words EMAIL INVOICE ONLY.
So if your user name is joeblow then you should write us with the
subject: joeblow/EMAIL INVOICE ONLY. Use your rangenet account to send this.
2. If you receive email via some ohter service like email@example.com
then be sure to let us know you want the invoice to go to that email address AND NOT your Rangenet email address.
3. In the body of the email put this:
Please only send me an email invoice, your real name.
So if your real name is Joe Blow send this:
Please only send me an email invoice, Joe Blow
