Email Left on Server:
A lot of times people stop checking their email accounts. Then on our end, huge amounts of email back up. When this happens we are forced to delete it. So please realize that if your inbox on our server is over 100MB (10 times more than the 10MB account limit) for several days, the system will permanently dump the contents.

Most people would only run into this situation if they stopped checking their email for several months.
