Some of you use Rangenet Email BUT use Qwest DSL for your Internet Connection. In the last 3-4 Weeks we have got calls from you saying your
incoming mail works but not your outgoing mail.
No one seems to want to call Qwest as in the error message is our out going mail server smtp.rangenet.com. BUT outgoing mail, when connected to Qwest, has to first go through Qwests Email Port!!! We have, with success, had the Qwest customers change their Outgoing SMTP email port from 25 to 587.
